Jason LaFlesch, 36, is the President of the Costa Rica Power Team.  Mr. LaFlesch received his bachelors degree in marketing and real estate from Arizona State University in 1994.  Upon graduation, Mr. LaFlesch sold new homes in the Phoenix market for Ryland and Continental earning top salesmen honors.  He started LaFlesch Realty in 2004 specializing in investment properties in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.  He founded the Costa Rica Power Team in 2005.

Jason is the host of the Real Estate Power Hour radio show heard weekly on KKNT in Phoenix and KNTS in San Francisco.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jason and his wife Jennifer have one year old triplets.  The LaFlesch’s reside in Mesa, Arizona.

Tim Kopatich, 37, is Vice President of Operations for the Costa Rica Power Team.  Mr. Kopatich is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Power Team in Costa Rica.

Mr. Kopatich is a native of Des Moines, Iowa.  He is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a bachelors degree in communications.  His professional career has been in real estate and finance.  He has worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Wells Fargo Financial in Iowa prior to moving to Phoenix in 1999.  In Arizona, Mr. Kopatich worked for Continental Homes and later became a partner with Goldstar Mortgage in Scottsdale.

He currently lives in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica with his wife Veronica.
